Admission and Tuition Fees

Application Procedure Alcuin School has flexible age requirements and, when space permits, year round admissions. Parents may make an appointment for a tour and, if still interested, fill out and return an application form. In spite of the relaxed admission policy, parents are encouraged to apply in the winter of the previous school year, as enrollment is limited. Tuition 2010-11 Annual tuition is $4900 for Threes (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday - Thursday) and $5900 for Fours and Fives (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday - Friday) and may be paid in ten installments. A nonrefundable $40 registration fee, a deposit of one month's tuition and postdated checks for the remaining nine tuition installments are due upon enrollment. A $200 Enrollment Fee is deducted for withdrawal after April 1. Fees for dance ($80), screening ($50, first year students only) and gym and supplies ($200) are additional.
