Admission and Tuition Fees

Application Procedure Alcuin School has flexible age requirements and, when space permits, year round admissions. Parents may make an appointment for a tour and, if still interested, fill out and return an application form. In spite of the relaxed admission policy, parents are encouraged to apply in the winter of the previous school year, as enrollment is limited. Tuition 2012-13 Alcuin School operates on a ten-month schedule from September through June, as well as offering a summer program. Threes attend 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM, Monday to Thursday. Fours and Fives attend 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Tuition is paid in eleven payments ($470 or $570). A nonrefundable $40 registration fee and a deposit of one payment are due upon enrollment. Annual fees for dance ($80), gym and supply fee ($150) and screening fees ($50 for first year students only) are additional.
